We love this one by nodethirtythree, a fixed-width two column offering that is subtle and charming. Easy to alter, customise and add to as required.

Clean fixed-width two column layout with a hint of colour, another by nodethirtythree. Nice, simple and easily customisable.

5: Salmon

Ok so not the most minimal, but we really like the salmon theme from Justin shattuck. Two column layout, and just really easy on the eye.

6: Illacrimo

Beautiful three-column widget ready theme from design disease. A really clean, fresh look - we like this one :) Feature packed without looking over-complicated.
